Government of Venezuela distributes book on its position regarding the RCTV shutdown

The Venezuelan Ministry of the People's power for Communication and Information has released a 183-page book entitlted the "White Book of RCTV" where it lays out the government's case against RCTV. Available here on the Free RCTV website (only in Spanish) it contains the government's position and justification for the shutdown.
